The ingredients are simple:.-Essential oil in your choice of scents.Essential oils can be bought online or in health food type stores.

The ones that I buy are usually between $6-10 per bottle and the bottle lasts a long time.You can use just one type of oil, or you can get creative and mix a few together to create something fun.. Here’s how you do it!.

Place about 1 tablespoon of baking soda in a bowl.. Drip in about 30-35 drops of essential oil.
